The purpose of this website (www.favornirs.com) is for those that wish to make purchases, inquire about our services, partnerships with vendors, or clients looking to provide reviews of past services. Please be sure to carefully read our Terms & Conditions before you access our website.

By visiting our website and performing any of the aforementioned, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. If you are in disagreement, you should refrain from accessing our website and/or services we offer. Our Terms of services apply to all users of the Favornirs website, including, but not limited to customers, vendors, browsers, collaborators etc. We reverse all rights to refuse service at any time for any reason.

Favornirs reserves the right to modify or update its Terms & Conditions policy at any time without prior notice. All changes are accessible on our website – www.favornirs.com.

Shipping & Damages

We ship within the United States of America, primarily using USPS. International orders are shipped using DHL. All our ready-to-ship gifts ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow at least one week for delivery. If items are needed urgently, please reach out directly via email to us.

We are not responsible if gifts are sent to wrong addresses. If items are returned due to a wrong delivery address provided, we will charge a re-delivery fee. If item(s) is forwarded by carrier due to incorrect address, an address correction fee is charged again to Favornirs and in turn we will have to bill you.

If packages are damaged during transit, we request that visual proof is provided to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will be in touch afterwards.

Perishable Products & Allergies

All consumers of the perishable products we carry are required to read all labels for allergy restrictions & expiration dates before consumption. We do not carry expired products, and Favornirs will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or expired foods.

Product Packaging

At any given time, vendors may undergo rebranding, which may lead to products packaging being altered from what we have posted on our website. We are in no way in control of such changes and reserve the rights to either discontinue our use of that particular product(s) if it no longer aligns with our gift box design or simply make updates to our designs. Customers are always responsible for reading labels in case any changes may have occurred due to rebranding.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of what we do, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your gift upon arrival, please contact us within 24hr of receipt, and we will work to make sure you are satisfied.

Product Image

Favornirs has made conscious effort to accurately display product images. We cannot guarantee that your devices display products same as ours.

Alcohol & Warm Weather

Alcohol – We follow the rules and regulation outlined by each state regarding shipping alcohol. If shipping is prohibited to your state, we do not ship.

Warm Weather – Ordering items that are subject to melting is at your own risk. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the state of product upon delivery. No refunds will be issued by Favornirs as a result regardless of the time of the year.

Substitution

We work with a variety of artisans and vendors and as a result certain items may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that items are no longer available at time of order, we reserve the right to substitute the item to something similar or of equal or greater value as close to the original requested item.

Pricing

Prices of our products or services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our product offerings or services.

Marketing

We reserve the right to include any promotional cards in all our gift boxes, even custom orders. We also reserve the right to publish any work done for our clients. Please reach out if you have any concerns.

Privacy

Favornirs offers customers the ability to create an account which saves confidential information. The purpose of creating an account is to enable shorter check out time and also track order history. All information is secured and not used by Favornirs for any other use besides fulfilling orders placed. All financial details are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) secure shopping.

Intellectual Property

All gift designs and graphics displayed are property of Favornirs. Our gift box designs or pictures may not be resold without written agreement between Favornirs and parties involved. Altering of gift designs or graphic designs are prohibited.
